The draft plan is a community-led document used to guide the future development, growth, and use of land in our neighbourhood area. It includes policies we would like you to feedback to us on.

Design codes

The design codes are sets of clear, illustrated, local rules that dictate the visual and physical design of new developments created through feedback from you.

Supporting documents are the evidence base and statutory statements required to prove our plan is legally compliant and justified
