The ONF Formal Complaint to SCC regarding their project team's conduct and many issues including our Murray Road Veteran trees has now been reviewed and responded to by the SCC complaints team.

Their conclusion is that every part of our complaint has not been upheld and they have found in favour of SCC.

It is absolutely clear to us that SCC have not taken sufficient or appropriate advice and have completely ignored much of our evidence.

We have now passed our case on to the government ombudsman for review and hopefully action should they decide it is within scope of their remit.
