No new update - March 2026

Despite our best efforts and those of our SCC councillors at the SCC Planning meeting on 26th June 2024 (Jonathan Hulley & Scott Lewis) who voted against approving the outline proposal, it was approved by a majority. The project team have been requested to present a clearer design of the building to the planning committee prior to submission of the full application. They have been specifically asked to ensure the detail of the elevation overlooking Slade Road is made clear.

At this point there is no clear timeframe for the project.
